THE DIRECTORS
DAVID GOLDMAN
As a Director, David is responsible for development management and project management functions of Aspire. David’s roles and responsibilities include coverage across the sales & marketing phase, as well as key focus on procuring and selecting a building partner for each development. David brings extensive experience in residential developments, culminating in the delivery of over $300 Million worth of projects across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. David continuously pushes the boundaries on development excellence to ensure that Aspire is recognised as brand of luxury, beauty and reliability.
DAVID DESSON
David brings over 12 years of residential development experience having worked extensively in both the UK & Australian markets. His corporate development background has instilled the critical procedural & process driven approaches that are vital for seamless development delivery. As a Director of Aspire, David’s focus lies in all aspects of the business however particular focus is made on site acquisition, development approvals & sales & marketing phases. David is passionate about architecture and the built environment and keeps both these interests at the heart of each Aspire Development
